Vegan Sour Cream
This easy and quick 4 ingredient Homemade Vegan Sour Cream, made from only silken tofu, limes, apple cider vinegar, and garlic, is a healthy and fat-free replacement for traditional sour cream!
- 16 oz Silken Tofu
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Lime
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt To Taste
Drain the silken tofu, remove it from the package and add it to the blender along with the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth & combined and you’re done! Add to your tacos, burritos, salads, appetizers, etc...
