Vegan Sour Cream Recipe –

This easy and quick 4-ingredient Homemade Vegan Sour Cream is healthy and fat-free! However, you must use silken tofu for this recipe to accomplish the luscious and creamy texture of sour cream. Vegan Sour Cream
- 16 oz Silken Tofu
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Lime
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt To Taste
- Drain the silken tofu, remove it from the package and add it to the blender along with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth & combined and you’re done! Add to your tacos, burritos, salads, appetizers, etc…
